"Paleo Honey Bunches of Oats-less" - Jenny Madonia

YAY! First day of Hoosier CrossFit's Paleo Challenge!! HAPPY PALEO everyone!
My twin sister sent me this recipe - so I'm trusting her on this! I haven't tried it yet but thought you all might enjoy it!

Happy Paleo-ing!

Paleo Honey bunches of Oats-less:
  • 1 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2/3 cup of slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup of pecan pieces
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • sea salt to taste

-heat sauce pan at med heat (approx 2 min)
-cover pan with coconut flakes
-toast flakes until liking of toasty-ness
-add pecans and almond pieces as well as cinnamon and sea salt
-let cool
-put in bowl and add So Delicious coconut milk :]
